Part war movie, part love story, SOLDIERS OF CHANGE follows a young man as he moves towards adulthood in the midst of the tumultuous 1960s.
在充满暴动、叛乱和革命的20世纪60年代,一个士兵发现自己被迫在越南作战. 当时美国国内民权和反战斗争风潮开始向正在国外的军队蔓延.,许多士兵的英勇斗争是被迫的.他们没有爱情生活.有的只是杀掳, 本片通过士兵思想的转变突出了反战的精神.
这是一部节奏缓慢、感情细腻的生活剧，本来不善于也不想写这些感受的，可以豆瓣上不知谁写的简介实在是太烂太搞笑了，甚至简直就是胡扯！这个片子中其实根本就没有战争，我只看到了亲情、爱情，以及对种族主义的仇恨。英文的简介倒算是勉强“忠实”于原著。。。
虽然从导演到演员一个也不认识，看过这部的人也不多，但掩饰不了本片的光芒。演员们的表演都很好，尤其是b先生和老仆人。不过要想看下去的话，得找个清静点的时候，泡杯茶慢慢看。
